* Bedside table and lamp
* Lock on bedroom door
* Shared bathroom (with one other) located next door to the bedroom
* No TV

Shared bathroom and kitchen w/ washing machine, no access to living room nor garden

House Expectations

* No pets
* No overnight guests
* Keep the home tidy, quiet and leave shared spaces (kitchen and bathroom) as you found them
* Respect the quiet and residential nature of the home
* Be considerate of each other’s personal space
