5-6 min walk to Canada Water (Jubilee line and Overground)
9 min walk to Rotherhithe Overground
15 min walk to Bermondsey (Jubilee line)
Backs onto Southwark Park
Surrey Quays shopping centre and Tesco nearby
Buses from Canada Water, including the 47, 188 and 381, and the Thames Clipper from Greenland Pier

The living room is our space as a couple in the evenings when we’re at home. It’s not out of bounds, and it’s free to use when not in use. We can also sort out a smart TV for your room for privacy!

The neighbourhood:

Me and my wife love living here. Canada Water has really come to life lately. Corner Corner is by the dock and has street food, markets and events, and there’s a Decathlon, which is always handy to have nearby. The docks are around the corner too for a lovely walk, and we often take the riverside walk past the Mayflower, Angel and Old Justice pubs and carry on to Tower Bridge. At weekends we like to wander over to Bermondsey for Maltby Street Market, the Beer Mile and the little shops under the railway arches. And Southwark Park is right behind us, which is lovely for a morning stroll or exercise (it’s flat for running and has tennis courts).

About us:

We’re a professional couple who split our time between working from home and the office. We’re friendly, sociable and respectful, and we love animals. We have 3 cats, so you must love cats!

We’re looking for someone professional, tidy and considerate to share our home.
