Cozy flat in SE16

A beautiful two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat on the Rotherhithe and Canada Water border. It’s partially furnished, with good storage and plenty of opportunity to add your own touch.

I’ve lived here for nearly three years and really love the flat and the area. I work full-time, usually in the office two or three days a week and from home the rest of the time, either in my room or in a shared space.

I’m clean and considerate, a big reader, and a lover of live music. I’m always happy to go for a pint or a walk, or have a chat after work. I’m also often away for a weekend or two each month, so there’s usually some time to have the place to yourself.

I have a great relationship with the landlord and neighbours. The flat is close to a large Tesco, the Jubilee line, and the Overground, and it’s only a 25-minute walk to Tower Bridge.

There’s also one small cat who generally keeps to herself but loves to play!
