1250£ En-suite Room inc Bills in Canada Water

Hi Everyone, I’m leaving my room as I have been relocated for work, the room is a bright double room with En-suite bathroom including bills, is a two bedroom house with kitchen and shared living room.

Area:
10min walking distance to Surrey Quays Station and Canada Water station, is a lovely area, the house is right in front of the docks, there are many restaurants and cafes around, leisure centre, Yoga and Pilates studio.

Supermarket:
Big Tesco at 10’ Walking Distance
Small Tesco at 2’ Walking Distance
Lidl at 10’ Walking Distance

You will be sharing the house with the current flatmate, he’s a lovely guy, clean and tidy ( for real!!) We are looking for a nice, quiet and respectful person, aware of all the rules of living with other people, this is not a party house but more a place where recharge and relax from the Chaotic London life, additionally you’ll have separate house contracts.
