A very large double ENSUITE room has just become available in a newly refurbished flat in a perfect green location, with fast links to Central, East, North and South London via Overground and Underground.

We are looking for a professional to join this clean and friendly household. Offering comfortable staying at home feel, with all the modern amenities. We consider it a friendly housemates home share. We are looking for a respectful, friendly, non-stranger type of flatmate.

This is one of the quietest areas, by Thames river, with stunning views of the river and two large sized parks nearby. You will easily find peace and feel like at home. But not quite as quiet as a church on Sunday, as per our age group we look for someone relaxed, preferably a life loving person.

You will have your own private bathroom/shower and plenty of space, as it is the nicest and biggest room in the flat. Kitchen is shared and it compromises of the many modern appliances (dryer included), kept at all times in a very tidy condition (with rare exception there are no dirty dishes lying around) We are flexible to special requests, but these should be voiced at the viewing, please be transparent & straightforward with any specific requests.
For example my request would be: "As this is fully furnished any additional large furniture might not work"
Example of your request could be: "I love tidy people who maintain kitchen clean."

The distance to the nearest fitness is 3 minutes, including more yoga studios, as well as 3 other fitness facilities, train station and a huge Tesco shopping centre are in 7-9 min walking distance, as well as all possible shops, dry cleaner and restaurants close by. Hyper optical internet and cleaner are provided, so no common cleaning duty is required, but a tidy person is much preferred and should maintain the room in between cleaner's visits. Parking is available.
