The house is 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays shopping centre with a large Tesco supermarket and a good selection of other shops.

The house has a separate communal lounge with smart TV. There is a separate large kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a separate utility rooms with washing machine and tumble-drier. There is gas central heating.

There is good sized rear garden with bike shed.

A cleaner cleans the communal areas once a week.
