Comfortable single ROOM for a friendly individual

A very comfortable medium size single room with build-in wardrobe has just become available in a newly refurbished flat.

We are looking for a professional to join this clean and friendly household. It offers a comfortable staying at home feel, with all the modern amenities. We consider it a friendly housemate-warm-home like house-share. We are looking for a respectful, friendly, non-stranger type of flatmate.

This is one of the quietest areas, by the Thames river, with stunning views and 2 large parks nearby. You will easily find peace and feel like at home. But not quite as quiet as a church on Sunday, as we are predominately young and look for someone relaxed and professional.

Note, there is a huge Tesco shopping centre in walking distance which closes at midnight most days. Parking is available. And I am flexible to special requests, when voiced at the viewing, when you are transparent and direct about it immediately, to understand each other's needs we can accommodate each other.

The kitchen is shared and it compromises of the many modern appliances, kept at all times in a very decent condition (with rare exception there are no dirty dishes lying around, as we have a dishwasher)

The distance to the nearest station is 6-8 min away, and all the possible shops are close (24h/day). Besides the hyper optical internet, cleaner is also provided, so no common cleaning duty is required. Still, a tidy person is much preferred and should maintain the room in between cleaner's visits.
