The Double room is with a view to the back garden with very generous double glazed window, large 3 doors build in closet, working desk area, shelving unit, 2 chest drawers and a new carpet.
Ideally for a single person.

Couples are welcome too. (Couples has an extra fee).

The house is located in Canada Water beginning of area zone 2,
Ground floor is the living room and dinning /kitchen (large) plus back garden.
Upstairs are 3 rooms, 2 double, 1 single and the bathroom.

Living room has a 43 inches TV, Wii, Sky with films package included, Netflix and Apple TV, also unlimited WiFi.

Large kitchen/ dinner with fridge and wash machine, oven and microwave.
Parking area out front to the house and back garden.

In the rent is included the water, Internet, landline, sky, council tax and TV license.

No including: gas and electricity.
( that cost is split between the persons in the house, every month ). With new indoor system for monitoring the daily/monthly cost.

The house is to be share with 2 persons only.

Avaliable minimum for 6 months, but we can agree in short term too.

The total rent per month is £865.00 which can be pay in a monthly basis or every 2 weeks (£400), also it is fine.

£400 deposit (at the moment of the occupancy) and ONE month notice please.

Couples welcome and the price increase amount is (£135 extra per month). And will be on the deposit too. (Extra £100)

Transport very easy to get to London Centre. Overground is 7 mins walking (Rotherhithe), jubilee line (Canada Water Station) is about 10 munutes, buses 381 from Waterloo to Peckham ( 2 mins from the door step) running 24 hours. And in the next bus stop is the C10 from Victoria to Canada Water Station.
Very near is Southwark Park and the Surrey Quays shopping centre, is a very large early/late hours Tesco.

Around Canada Water are restaurants and pubs, also is 1 stop (underground ) to Canary Wharf and 2 stops to North Greenwich, the O2 arena. (Jubilee line)
Are shopping centres, outlets, cinemas, generous amounts of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and areas of entertainment (in Canary wharf are several events according to the year season such as Xmas lights, Wimbledon tournament, summer festivals, etc).

Also next street to the house is a Coop supermarket open every day from 7am to 11pm and a grocery shop too (perfect for last minute shopping emergency, milk, bread, eggs).
