Low ground floor:
Living room, kitchen/dinner ouside front parking for 1 car and back garden.
Living room has a 32 inches TV ( sky with films package and Netflix), Wii for video games, Wifi Internet in the house.
Kitchen with all the equipment, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and wash machine.
Upstairs floor are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom
2 double rooms and a single.
The Single room has a brand new carpet fit, also recently painted, with wardrobe, bed side table, book case. The room it is facing the front, the large window has double glazing.
Around 5.5 square meters space.
It is excellent for one person.

The full house will be sharing only with 2 more people.
Total people living in, it will 3 people. (also we do have different working patterns during the week) It is unlikely to be all at the same time in the house.

Sky, Internet, water, council tax, TV license.

gas and electricity
this is on consumption, the bill is every month and the total amount is split between the number of people. Spring Summer cost £28 to £35
Winter period max £45, per person per month for gas and electricity.

Transport is very good underground, walking distance (Canada Water ) jubilee line. Overground Rotherhithe station. around 10 minutes. And the bus stop it is 1 minute (around the corner from the house). The 381 bus running 24 hours from Waterloo to Peckham. Next bus stop it is the C10 running from Canada Water to Victoria.

Near by is plenty restaurants, pubs, cinemas, bowling and the Surrey Quays shopping centre, 24 hours large Tesco and several shops, banks, pharmacy, etc.
Near to the house is a grocery shop and also a mini supermarket Coop which is very handy for some emergency milk or bread.

Minimum contract is for 6 months and also I do require 1 month notice minimum (for both parts be able to arrrange the next step).
