The reason is that this house is on the market to be sold. We offer the rent discount in return for (a) an estate agent will occasionally conduct viewings with potential buyers (b) keeping the house and your room super clean and tidy so it presents well for viewers.

Once a sale is agreed, we will give you 'soft notice' of approximately six weeks, followed by 'hard notice' of four weeks.

- The Room(s) -

The bedrooms are a good size with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside chest and jumper chest.

- Housemates -

The housemates are single professionals in their 20s. They want to live with quiet, intelligent, respectful folk - people like them

- Rent and Deposit -

The rent includes the cost of all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, internet and fortnightly cleaning).

Your deposit will be protected in the Tenants Deposit Protection Scheme. There are no additional fees to pay

- Notice Period -

If a sale is agreed with a potential buyer, a legal process with them will start. The process will take about 10 - 12 weeks from start to finish. We will give you 'soft notice' when a sale is agreed,. Then, when the legal process is close to completion, we will give you formal notice of four weeks.

You can leave the property at any time by giving us four weeks notice.
