This building is 1 of the best buildings in the Canary wharf area and has a gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi , Sauna, Steam room, Library, Gardens, cinema and more. There is also a amazing Italian Bar/Restaurant on the ground floor and a bar on the 47th floor.

I am looking to move out of the room that I took on a 6 month lease due to job issues.

It is a reasonably sized double room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat on the 30th floor of Pan Peninsula, Canary Wharf. Available now.

Amazing living room and kitchen looking out over Canary Wharf. 2 sofas, coffee table, dinning table with 5 chairs, large fridge/freezer, oven. wooden floors. Still enough space to walk up and down the full length glass walls and take in the views. Dinner party wow factor.

The bedroom has a large double bed and inbuilt wardrobes and 1 set of draws, windows looking out over the O2 Arena. Carpeted.

The bathroom (not en-suite but only you using it) is across the hallway and has modern fittings, bath with shower, large mirrors, toilet, sink, tiled floor.

Swimming pool access, including sauna, steam room and gym all private for residents of the block, along with concierge service. Exercises classes for free in the studio. Pool and gym never get busy. Rooftop bar on the top floor, Italian restaurant on the bottom, resident discounts. Also a residents cinema.

South Quay DLR is literally outside the front door and Canary Wharf station is a 5 minute walk away.

At the bottom of the building you have Tesco, Subway, Pret and other coffee shops and shops. The buzz of Canary Wharf nightlife/restaurant scene is literally 5 minutes walk away. There is also a massive Asda 10 minutes walk away.

The current flatmate is a 27yr old white English male, professional working with lawyers, out of the flat by 8am most days, occasionally work from home. He is clean and quiet during the week, usually asleep by 10pm.

Bills not included in rent and are split 50/50 with the other flatmate.
