We are two professionals in their late 30’s/early 40’s, looking for a third roommate as the current one just bought her flat (no couples please).

The flat is great, well maintained with amazing view on the Thames. More photo can be shared.

We are laid back but tidy and appreciate a quiet household to come home to at night, especially during the week as we sometimes work quite late and start early.

We are ideally looking for a female professional (preferably) who is respectful and tidy but who equally enjoys an occasional night in shared with us around a glass of wine or a night out at the local pub.

The apartment is located in a gated compound with a concierge service and 24h security, with a shared communal garden. There also is a Virgin Active right on our doorstep (cost not included).

The rent amount includes water, gas and a parking space located in the building.
