Jubilee, Elizabeth and DLR all walking distance. 1 small supermarket, 1 convenience store, 3 cheap fast food shops, dry cleaners, etc. etc. literally downstairs, and tons more in the vicinity.

Flat’s fully equipped for absolute maximum chill, fully kitted large kitchen, 65” 4k wall mounted TV, PS4 & VR, surround sound, the comfiest Eames Lounge Chair, etc.

Your room also has a big desk, monitor, ergonomic chair, and everything. Oh and extremely nice feather duvet and pillows, smart light w sunrise wake-up, etc.

Basically, it’s mega nice to live here and it’s ready to move in, just bring your clothes and picture frames!

I would prefer someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves within reason, knows how to live life to the fullest, and is not a light sleeper (I listen to music often). We can get regular cleaners as well.

I’d like for it to be a home, so if you like watching the cents and pennies we’d probably not get along super well. I love giving, enthusiastically and freely, and have found that life is much rosier when everyone is like that. It works to about the same level of effort but it’s filled with nice surprises instead of nagging.

I also have a memebership for free drinks at multiple bars every day, can usually get last minute backstage to KOKO, etc. etc.
