3 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat . We’re a male and a female working in finance, working most days from the office and typically long hours. As a result, we want to preserve the calm and quiet home environment we currently enjoy and are therefore looking for someone similarly situated to ourselves. Given the demands of our professional lives, we each enjoy the quieter life when it comes to our home lives in the evenings during the week and at the weekends; we are very sociable outside of the flat but prefer not to play host (obviously within reason!). We are looking for someone who works in the same or related spaces with a similar work/life balance (including someone who prefers to work from the office most days), and who also prefers being able to count on restful weekends! That said, we do enjoy catching up together as flatmates, either over a bottle of wine or over brunch/dinner. We would not like anybody to feel like a stranger in their own home! On more day-to-day matters, we are looking for the same as everyone else: respect for clean and tidy communal spaces and a considerate flatmate when it comes to noise.
