Double room with ensuite & gym included

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my previous flatmate has had to move out. The flat is really well located, 10 mins from Canary Wharf underground station (Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR) and 5 mins from Heron Quays DLR (10 mins to the City). The room is furnished and has a private bathroom located next to the room. Bills are around £160 a month. The flat has a big open plan living and dining room with a lovely river view (gets amazing sunsets) with the kitchen attached. The building has a gym, sauna, parking spaces, 24h concierge, and is very secure. The flat is on the fourth floor with no lift, so you won’t need to use the gym! The area is super safe and peaceful, whilst only 10 mins from all the shops, restaurants and bars nearby.

About me:
I’m a 25 year old professional from London. I’m looking for a flatmate who would be down for the pub or watching a film, but I also have lots of mates so like to do my own thing sometimes. I’m clean and tidy but also relaxed and pretty chill about that sort of thing. I love cooking, going to the cinema, going out (usually in East London). I’m a big Arsenal fan, but don’t mind if you’re not.
