Spacious double bedroom with private bathroom

Hello!

I am looking for another roommate as my current will leave end of August. The room is available from 26 August onwards.

Located in Discovery Dock West, just a 5-minute walk from Canary Wharf Station, the flat is fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc) and features two bedrooms, a large living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a lovely balcony with a table.

The building offers access to a gym and a swimming pool.

The room is a spacious double bedroom and includes a closet and storage units as well as a mirror. You will have your own private bathroom, it just won’t be inside your room, but just next to it.

You will be sharing the flat with me. I am French, 29 and I work in investment banking.
I am a calm person and pretty chill, I think the standard rule is to keep the common areas (eg: kitchen and living room clean).
It’d be ideal to have someone who has a similar rhythm of life, but as long as we are respectful to each other I’m pretty open!

I am also new in London so willing to meet new people if we have a good vibe, but I totally respect private space.

The rent is £1,607 per month, to which we add approx £150-200 per month for the council tax, electricity and internet.
