Room with a view

Hey, I'm a rather introverted lady, working professional, looking for a fellow female introvert, to share her introverted space with :-). Three key sine qua non requirements: 1) being clean and tidy, 2) being respectful of each other's space 3) you don't cook frequently spicy/smelly food (e. g. Indian/Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine, sorry had previously bad experience in this space ugh!). Otherwise I have nothing against cooking :-)

The room is fully furnished:
- Super king size bed with memory foam mattress and luxury silk bed cover.
- Desk and a comfy office chair, option to borrow my 27" high resolution external screen when I'm travelling for work (which happens often)
- Separated by glass room divider there is dining area for two only for your use (table and two chairs) and a bookshelf.
- Lots of storage space (three wardrobes and a massive storage space under the bed)

I'm away most of the time travelling for work and you can use my room as a living room when I'm away (you'll have the entire apartment for yourself). It has a sofa and a TV.

In the kitchen: Dishwasher (detergents included), Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, kettle, water filter, juice maker and all utensils you need to cook, cutlery, crockery.

Bathroom: modern, has a hot tub and some storage

Washing and drying machine, detergents included.

Utility bills are on top of the rent, approx. 100-120 GBP depending on the usage.
