The apartment rent is approx. £1000 below the rest of the building. This is due to 1) a series of negotiation and 2) a pipeline noise issue affecting my bedroom only, which doesn’t affect you or any other part of the flat.

About me
I work in strategy consulting and I’m in the office most days. Outside work, I’m into pilates, outdoor activities, trying restaurants around London, fashion and the occasional wine tasting.

As a flatmate, I’m tidy, minimalist, clean, considerate, good with bills and doing my share around the flat. I’m easy going and like home to feel calm and comfortable — somewhere you can properly switch off after a busy day. I do dinner gatherings occasionally but try to keep these outside of the apartment given the great amenities within the building.

My current flatmate and I are quite similar in terms of what we’re like as flatmates. It worked really well, so I’m keen to find someone similar in that regard.
