Hi, my name is Chetan and I am 26 years old. I am looking for someone to takeover my flatmate’s room who will be vacating at the end of August. I work as a Financial Systems Analyst at Starr Insurance.

I am looking for someone to share this flat with me, someone professional and socialable.

I like watching and playing football, I like to keep myself active going to the gym and running as well as love cleaning and keep the house tidy. I would be down to do outdoor social activities over the weekend may it be a trip to our local pub, going out for food or planning fun activities. I am also very respectable of people's space.

I will be in the office most days during the week. This is my maximum budget but if you would like to buddy up and find a place of similar kind, I am open to ideas. Happy to meet over a friendly coffee beforehand to have a chat and know each other a bit more.
