Short term let - walking distance to Canary Wharf

I am a working professional that currently has a spare room available for a short let period (23rd March - 21 May). Room has a double bed and large built in wardrobe space. There is a main dedicated bathroom across the hall that can be exclusively used during the let period. Cost is £1,100 pcm with all bills included - broadband is 1GB download.

Property is an old converted factory with exposed brickwork, high ceilings, and a lot of charm. Local transport links include Devons Road and Langdon Park DLR as 5 mins walking distance, or a 15-20 minute walk to either Canary Wharf or Bromley-by-Bow. Tesco Express and a local gym within a 2 minute walk of the front door also.

Ideal for someone on a short term working contract or looking for a short term solution to bridge a gap before a more permanent option.

Would also consider longer term Mon-Fri lets for £900 pcm.
