Calm, cozy and clean home to share with one other. Furnished second bedroom / own bathroom available to rent. Lots of light and airflow in a quiet location. This third floor apartment is situated in a secure lot with 24 hour concierge and a gym available to residents.

Shared areas are a fully fitted kitchen and huge lounge which leads to a balcony offering an unobstructed view of the River Thames.

There is an abundance of green area on ground level. And although there is not a car space attached to the flat, there is visitor parking.

Great transport connections. Max 10 minute walk to the Jubilee & Elizabeth Lines (Canary Wharf). The DLR and Buses. Also, 5 minute walk to Canary Wharf Pier for an Uber Boat.

It's really important the shared spaces are kept clean and you prioritise tidiness over clutter.

No couples please and if you are in a relationship, note the household although welcoming is not a second home for a partner.

Water is included in the rent so, it's just council tax, utilities and wifi that would be split. Council Tax Band F.

I am a professional and work from the office most week days. Possibly WFH one day per week but not always. I sometimes travel for work.

I appreciate a home filled with laughter and lightness. I'm a non-drinker and would prefer to share with someone who doesn't mind not drinking at home. I love going to the cinema, theatre and restaurants. I'm always happy to hop on a Lime Bike and discover more of London.
