ALL inclusive of bills ie council tax, utilities, tv license, broadband etc. There are no extra hidden costs. 2 months rent will be needed, 1 of which is the bond and will be returned upon leaving. The deposit will be registered with the deposit scheme.

Should you want the room, a small deposit will be needed to secure the room and the room will then be taken off the market.

Why pay to live in zone 1 when you can take a bus home from a night out and walk to work.

Close to all amenities/restaurants/bars/cinema/malls/gyms/Sailing center. If you fancy stand up paddle boarding/kayaking. Greenwich park is on the other side of the foot tunnel and is walking distance.

I prefer a long term tenant, as this creates continuity and trust. Short term tenants create a turnstile inconsistent uneasy environment. My tenants stay on average 2-3 years, you will be happy!
