I have a spacious room available in a clean and friendly flat, located around a 15-minute walk from Canary Wharf with excellent transport links and two nearby stations.
The room comes with its own private bathroom, offering plenty of privacy, while the kitchen and living area are shared. The flat is occupied by respectful professionals who value cleanliness, a peaceful environment, and mutual consideration. As everyone has their own bathroom, the household is generally quiet and comfortable. We also enjoy the occasional shared meal together.
The rent is £800 per month, including all bills.
