I've just finished refurbishing this property and I'm really happy with how it's turned out, so I wanted to share it properly rather than throw up the usual generic listing.

It's in a private gated development on Birchfield House, E14, which means it's quiet and secure once you're home. Every room has been done up with brand new beds, wardrobes, and desks, so you genuinely just need to turn up with a suitcase and you're sorted.

The reason I think this place suits professionals so well is the location. Canary Wharf is 8 minutes on foot, with the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line, and DLR all sitting right there. Poplar and All Saints DLR are even closer, so Bank, Stratford, and London Bridge are a quick ride rather than a proper commute. Tesco and Asda are nearby for the weekly shop, and there's a decent mix of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk if you want to grab something after work.

The kitchen is properly kitted out. I've added all the appliances I'd want if I lived here myself, including an air fryer and toaster, with a coffee machine arriving soon. Washer and dryer are in the property, so no laundrette runs. One of the rooms will also come with a TV and soundbar set up and ready to go, which is a nice bonus for whoever takes it.
Off street parking is available if you drive.
