Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room in a lovely 2-bed apartment where I've being living for the last two years.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with ample storage and its own private bathroom for £905 per month (bills excluded, approx. £150 pp/month). You would be sharing the flat just with me. I'm Nicolo from Italy and work in finance in the City. I am a chill easygoing guy who is respectful of personal space, tidy and always down for a yap at the end of the day.

The apartment is very bright and has a large living room plus a balcony with amazing views of both the City and Canary Wharf, definitely one of the highlights of the flat.

Great location:
- Langdon Park DLR literally right in front of the building
- 5 mins to Canary Wharf
- 25 mins to Liverpool Street
- lots of parks in the area
- Tesco couple minutes away on foot

Rent: £905 per month (bills excluded, approx. £150 pp/month)
Move-in date: 8th of July
