Our flatmate is leaving her en-suite room in this lovely apartment and moving back to France.
You will share with current 2 roomies. We are two professionals in their late 30’s.

The flat is great, well maintained with amazing view on the Thames and Canary Wharf. Within 10 minutes walk to Canary Wharf station and WestFerry DLR station. Very well connected

We are laid back but very tidy and appreciate a quiet household to come home to at night, especially during the week as we sometimes work quite late and start early.

We are ideally looking for a professional who is respectful and tidy.

The apartment is located in a gated compound with a concierge service and 24h security, with a shared communal garden. There also is a Virgin Active right on our doorstep (cost not included).

The rent amount includes water, gas and a parking space located in the building.

- some extra for internet, electricity and Council tax band G (about 100£per month)
