The flat is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (one ensuite, one separated) flat in Canary Wharf with a large common living room and a lovely balcony overlooking the River Thames. It is located inside a residential complex with private security. There is a gym, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room inside the complex, which you can access after paying a one-time £50 fee.
The flat is a 7-10 min walk from Blackwall and East India (DLR stations) and a 10-15 min walk from Canary Wharf (Jubilee and Elizabeth line).
I also have a video of the flat in case the photos are not clear enough.
The total monthly rent of the flat is £2600, split equally between myself and a potential roommate. Amenities are not included in the rent but a breakdown of the monthly total amenities bill (to be split equally) would be - council tax (Band F - £224), water (£60), electricity (£80-150 depending on usage), WiFi (£29 per month). This comes out to around £1500 per month.
I've been staying at the flat with a friend for a year now, but he's moving out at the end of July. His room was the ensuite room, but I'm happy to take either room.
A little about me - I'm currently working at LSE (the university). I sometimes work from home, but generally outside. I clean regularly (but happy to call a cleaner every fortnight/month), like to watch football and sports and am an avid reader and movie enthusiast. I also play the guitar (but not too loudly!) and sometimes invite my friends over to the flat (which you are more than welcome to join!).
