The flat is in excellent condition, with underfloor heating throughout and all appliances and furnishings being relatively new. The bathroom is shared with the female flatmate, while the male flatmate has his own private bathroom, so we're preferably looking for a female tenant.
The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Canary Wharf, with a park right outside and a great local coffee shop nearby. The area is quiet, safe, and very convenient for commuting.
Bills are not included but typically come to less than £100 per month.
