Ensuite Room Canary Wharf in a 2 Bedroom flat

Hi,

I am looking to find a replacement for my flatmate, leaving the 3rd of August.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor (super convenient when the elevators are down) in the duckman tower (Lincoln Plaza) in Canary Wharf.

The room: Modern ensuite room, with storage and big wardrobe. Double bed.

The flat: Good size living room, hoven, nice modern kitchen, dish washer, kettle, washing machine/dryer.

The building: Gym, swimming pool and sauna (wet and dry sauna) in the basement. Roof top with gym appliance, winter garden with a great view (18th floor), cinema room almost avalailable any time (you just have to book for free and Concierge at the lobby (if need to get delivery when you are out),

The contract: you will be on the contract , no sub let, dealing directly with my landlord. He is very convenient guy. For the bills, they are already setup at my name for most, I used to split with my former flatmate on Revolut. Amount is roughly 300-350 (I can provide the details if you are interested). I will not tolerate any late payment.

About me briefly: French, 29, working in finance, gym, video games, boxing, tennis, I just started golf. I don’t smoke (not allowed in the flat anyway). Chill guy, working 3 days at home - Monday, Thursday, Friday. Looking for someone cool, tidy, that respect private space and time but also cool with going out or being social from time to time.
