I am looking to find a replacement for my flatmate, leaving in the end of September.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor (super convenient when the elevators are down) in the duckman tower (Lincoln Plaza) in Canary Wharf.
Happy to do live viewing.
The room: Modern ensuite room, with storage and big wardrobe. Double bed.
The flat: 2 bedroom flat, Good size living room, hoven, nice modern kitchen, dish washer, kettle, washing machine/dryer.
The building: Gym, swimming pool and sauna (wet and dry sauna). Roof top with gym appliance, winter garden with a great view (18th floor), cinema room almost and Concierge at the lobby.
The bills are already setup at my name for most, I used to split with my former flatmate on Revolut. Amount is roughly 200-250 (I can provide the details if you are interested).
About me briefly: French, 29, working in finance, gym, video games, boxing, tennis, I just started golf. I don’t smoke (not allowed in the flat anyway). Chill guy, working 3 days at home - Monday, Thursday, Friday. Looking for someone cool, tidy, that respect private space and time but also cool with going out or being social from time to time.
