💰 rent : £1075 pcm + bills (~200-250 depending on the season) + deposit (£1075)
📆 move in : August 11 (flexible by upto 10 days)

🏡 the flat is fully furnished and located on the 8th floor of a secure building with a concierge and residents’ gym. grocery stores, restaurants, tube stations and bus stops are all within a 2–10 minute walk.

🛏️ the room comes fully furnished and features a large floor-to-ceiling window, making the space feel bright and airy with plenty of natural light throughout the day. please note that the black desk chair and white standing mirror are not included.
