Hi! I’m moving out on 22nd July, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room, which will be available to move into from 23rd July, in this lovely 2-bed flat at Westferry Road, Canary Wharf.

The flat is in a great location:

* 8-minute walk to the DLR
* 10-minute walk to the Jubilee line
* 15-minute walk to the Elizabeth line

It’s perfect if you work in Canary Wharf or want an easy commute into central London.

The room is a spacious double in a modern apartment that you’ll be sharing with one friendly, tidy 27-year-old professional. There are two bathrooms in the flat, so although the second bathroom is in the hallway, it’s essentially yours as my flatmate has an en-suite.

Bills are around £160 per month, which includes everything (utilities, council tax, internet, etc.), so there are no hidden costs.
