The apartment is situated in Canary Wharf, and is an 8 minute walk from the jubilee line and 10 minute walk from the elizabeth line. It is also a 4 min walk to the DLR.

The building is very modern, and has a 24/7 concierge along with a fully equipped gym. The flat has a large open plan living room, and a stocked kitchen (with all appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine). The bathroom is shared with one girl, as the other room has an ensuite.
