2 bed flat, great access and views Canary Wharf,

Hi all! I’m looking for a new roommate as the friend I’ve lived with for two years is sadly leaving London. This is a great flat with brilliant views of Canary Wharf and just a 5 min walk to Blackwall DLR station with a Tesco less than a minute walk away.

A bit about myself: I’m a graduate just starting a career in politics. I’m born and bred in Wales and moved to London in 2023. I love the city and I’m always open to a drink or a meal, trying out different cuisines. I’m currently working in the civil service and plan to stay there long term. I’m social and enjoy a chat, and looking for someone similar who is respectful, open and adaptable to the other when needed (not really looking for parties or late night socials!)

We’ve taken good care of the place, and, as you can see the pics, have a lovely living room with a TV, spacious kitchen and lots of shared space. The bathroom is shared but I’m very good at cleaning up after myself. There are two bedrooms. One is larger than the other. I currently live in the larger room but happy to move to the smaller one (unless we can negotiate a decent price for me to stay in here!)

The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and a washing machine with drying (though I try keep to the rack to save on bills).

The place does come with two pet rats! Jack and Mike are lovely and warm to anyone. They are always kept in a cage. My mates have quickly warmed to them as well :)
