New Flatmate Wanted in Central Canary Wharf Flat!

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a new flatmate to share an incredible two-bedroom apartment in Port East, Canary Wharf. I've been given first refusal on the flat by the agent and am hoping to find someone I'd genuinely enjoy living with before proceeding.

The Development

Port East is one of Canary Wharf's most sought-after developments. It's right by the river and only a 3-minute walk to Canary Wharf Station, with endless restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and amenities on the doorstep.

Despite being in the heart of everything, the flat is surprisingly peaceful as the bedroom windows don't face the busy streets, so you get the best of both worlds: all the convenience and atmosphere of Canary Wharf without the noise.

The development is gated, with 24-hour concierge and security, making it feel very safe and well maintained.

The Flat

The apartment itself is spacious and feels much bigger than your typical London two-bed. There's plenty of room to relax, work from home, cook, host friends occasionally, and still have your own space.

About Me

I'm 28, work in consulting, and am generally pretty easy-going. I enjoy socialising, grabbing food or drinks, going to the gym and exploring London, but I'm also respectful of personal space and appreciate a calm, tidy home environment.

I'm looking for someone who's similarly considerate, clean, friendly and comfortable with the balance of being sociable while also respecting that everyone needs downtime sometimes. Ideally this feels more like sharing a home than simply renting a room.
