The room offers incredible views of Canary Wharf and beautiful sunset views, The flat features a lovely terrace/balcony area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the skyline. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 person.

The location is extremely convenient:

• 1 minute walk to the DLR station (Langdon Park)
• 6 minutes away from Canary Wharf by DLR
• Bus stop right outside the building
• Central London reachable in around 18 minutes by tube

Everything you need is very close by, including a Nisa grocery store just 2 minutes away, plus plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops in Canary Wharf.
You'll be sharing the flat with two friendly and easy-going housemates who enjoy socialising but also respect personal space, creating a relaxed and comfortable living environment.

I'm moving out to my home country, so I'm looking for someone who would like to take the room and enjoy the space as their home.

Bills are equally split among us and it changes every month. Approximately around 90/month.

Deposit will be 850 Gbp and the rent is usually paid on the 15th of each month. Also, The rent will be prorated for the time i. e till 15th August.

Video viewing is available but I would prefer in person viewings as it will allow both my flatmates to get to know you.
