The flat has a large living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and plenty of natural light. There’s also a TV in the living room.

I’m sociable and enjoy occasionally hanging out, having dinner or watching something together. Friends are absolutely welcome over from time to time too it’s just not a party flat, and I think it’s nice for both people to have their own space as well.

I’m looking for working professional in their late 20s/30s with a similar vibe clean, considerate, friendly and respectful of shared spaces.
