I’m looking for a clean, tidy and considerate person to take over the tenancy from me as I look to leave a spacious double bedroom with its own private bathroom in a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, just a 2-minute walk from Langdon Park DLR.

The flat has a large living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and plenty of natural light. There’s also a TV in the living room.

A little about the currently flatmate:
She is a marketing professional working Monday–Friday, 9–5. She is clean, tidy and easygoing. Outside of work, she enjoy music, movies, reading, board games and working out, either at the gym or at home.

She is sociable and enjoy occasionally hanging out, having dinner or watching something together. Friends are absolutely welcome over from time to time too but it’s just not a party flat.

I am looking for working professional in their late 20s/30s with a similar vibe to take over the tenancy as I have been laid off from my current job and need to relocate.

Rent: £975 pcm
Bills: approx £100–£120 pcm
Available: 24th sept (date can be flexible)
