The room has carpet flooring, exceptional views of the river and Canary Wharf, and a lockable door for privacy. Furnishings include a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, dressing table, mirror, lamp, shelves, sofa, desk and TV. The room also benefits from use of a private living area, dining area and balcony.

The apartment has a fully equipped shared kitchen with a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery and utensils. There are two bathrooms with bath and shower facilities. Household cleaning equipment is provided, and a cleaner attends to the communal areas every two weeks.

All utility bills and fast, unlimited broadband are included. Parking is available at an additional cost. Shops, a cinema, bars and restaurants are nearby.

A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required. The room is for one person only; couples are not accepted. Short-term lets will be considered.
