Very large double (26 sq m) with balcony and common amenities such as swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym included. Available from November 2026. Rent is negotiable. Furnishings can be upgraded - such as a bed! - as it’s been tailored to the current flatmate’s taste.

Secure community (New Providence Wharf). Coffee shop, restaurant, and grocery store conveniently located within the development. Shared bathroom and kitchen with two other male flatmates. Secure parcel delivery with Concierge facility onsite.

We are a friendly, quiet, clean, and respectful household who takes great care of the property and gives each other their personal space. While we recognise that we all have friends and loved ones, we’d rather not have people stay over please, as space is tight and we live very busy lives. A short visit once in a while with a bit of notice is fine. No smoking and no pets please.

We are looking for a calm, easy-going male to replace our long-term flatmate. Ideally you will be working a professional job that requires you to be in the office for some days in the week rather than full time from home. The room has plenty of natural light and lots of space for when you need to relax and enjoy your private time.
