Modern double en-suite room in Canary Wharf

My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so there will be a room available from December in this beautiful canary wharf modern flat. It’s super spacious, huge terrace, en-suite, underfloor heating, all new appliances.

I am a 34y old profesional in music and sports. I am very busy but still like the social and alone time balance. I definitely want to be friends with the new flatmate, and so we both respect each other. I like to chat but also need alone time, and always keep the flat clean. I’m not a party person and I don’t drink or smoke :)
