The flat:

The flat is bright and airy, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area and a covered balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, air fryer and more.

The available room:

The double bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. It also has its own spacious private bathroom just down the hall, with a bath and shower.

Free access to the residents' gym on the ground floor + cinema room.

24/7 concierge service

Bus stops right outside the building

Around 4 minutes' walk to East India DLR station

Around 6 minutes' walk to Canning Town station (Jubilee line and DLR)

Approximately 15 minutes' bus to Canary Wharf

Rent: £1,500 per month, bills included

A little about me:

I work mostly from home and enjoy relaxing after a busy day. In my spare time, I love travelling, music, concerts, cooking and pole fitness. I'd love to live with someone friendly and sociable who enjoys a chat or occasionally doing something together, but also values having their own space. I'm hoping to find someone who would feel at home here and help create a relaxed, comfortable living environment!
