I’m moving back to Korea and subletting my room for 3 months.

The location is ideal if you work in Canary Wharf or the City. Canary Wharf is a 15-minute walk, and Blackwall DLR runs directly to Bank. You can also take the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines from Canary Wharf station.

The flat is very clean, and my flatmates are a PhD student and a freelancer, so the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. It has recently been professionally disinfected, and the washing machine has been replaced with a brand-new one. The living room is spacious enough to work from home, and there’s a balcony.

There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, plus a shared bathroom with a bathtub used by two people. A Taiwanese man lives in the en-suite room and a Korean woman in the other bedroom, so you would share the main bathroom with her.

The building has a concierge, a lift and good security. Residents can also use the free gym on the ground floor and the roof terrace with great night views.
