Double Room in Riverside House in Canary Wharf

P/S: Each floor has 2 rooms, and the two rooms will share a bathroom. Only one person/occupant per room. These are very good-sized rooms. No sharing and no couples unfortunately.

This is my main home, but currently I don't live in this property. I manage this property personally, so quality accommodation is assured. Only considerate professionals would be considered.

About the house:
The house will have 4 Double bedrooms of equal size, 2 shower/wc.

The type of housemates that I am looking for:
Considerate, Reliable, Friendly and Clean person who respects the privacy of other people in the household. I am also looking for housemates who want to be part of the household and treat the house as your home and not merely a rented place. If you are keen to live in a comfy home, then, I would love to hear more from you.

I would like the tenants and myself to be happy with the hygiene, cleanliness and privacy. Any social occasion taking place at home will have to be agreed by all residents. And please, no guests please without the agreement of other tenants and myself. And, absolutely no pets and smoking please, and no outside shoes inside the house for hygiene purpose (in-house sandals are OK), wine after dinner is welcome :).

Rental price will be inclusive of all bills (Electricity and Gas subject to cap, Council Tax, Water) including fibre optic broadband (BT Infinity), but excluding phone calls made.

There will be a regular cleaning in place (every 2 weeks) to clean communal area and both bathrooms. (Please expect the extra charge for cleaning to be around 27 pd a month).
