Looking for a single, peaceful, neat, tidy, and respectful female professional for a short-term or long-term stay. A washing machine and WIFI are available. A friendly, respectful introvert, so Please respect each others privacy and space. £50 A DAY. £250 a Week. £950 a month WITH A DEPOSIT. I don't mind a light smoker, but PLEASE do it outside the house or on the roof terrace. Smoking indoors will result in the loss of the deposit. Open to a long-term stay with the right person who is clean, tidy, pays rent on time, and is not rude, aggressive or confrontational. Small pets are welcome.
