My flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to replace him in an ensuite room in a 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Canning Town! The rent is £1270 per month, including wifi and building amenities. Bills are an extra £150 approx a month (depending on usage).
The room is big enough for a desk.
Move in and out dates are flexible, but aiming for a mid November move in.
There is a shared living room and balcony in the flat, with a concierge, roof terrace, games room and small gym in the building included with rent. The development is super convenient and has a morrisons, pret, asian supermarket, mcdonalds, superdrug and some cafes.
Its a 1 min walk from Canning Town station (jubilee line, night tube, DLR)
10 mins to Canary Wharf
15 mins to London Bridge/bank
About me: I work as a lawyer and I mainly go into the office, with a very occasional WFH day. I am very social on the weekends but do prefer more chill weekdays due to long hours of work!
