We are flexible with the move, but the flat is available from 1 February onwards. You will need to pass a reference check with the landlord (i. e., you have a valid right to rent, are fully employed, and have minimum income - to be checked with Fizzy, usually takes 2-3 weeks once you provide all the documents). I am not the landlord, just the current tenant.
