Hi, my flatmate is moving out, and I'm searching for someone to take over her room. It's a double room available in a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment. We have a concierge, private gym, dining, lounge and co-work station included in the building.
The bathroom is opposite the bedroom, and it's a private bathroom for you and your guests only. The living room, balcony and kitchen are communal areas.
The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from Canning town station. There's a Lidl and Morrisions 2-minutes walk from the apartment.
About me:
I'm 30, Christian, work in IT, and I'm introverted but friendly. Extremely tidy, and I keep the noise to a minimum. I like my space to feel nice and fresh, like a home, smelling really nice.
The ideal flatmate is someone who’s very tidy, friendly and keeps the noise to a minimum, as I work from home on most days and value my peace and quiet generally. Respect for shared spaces is very important.
