Hello! 👋🏼 My partner Gary and I are looking for a new housemate to move into the third bedroom of our lovely three-bedroom new-build apartment in East London. As our current flatmate is sadly moving out to pursue her master’s, so we’re looking for someone new to join us!

We have the main bedroom with our own en-suite, use the second bedroom as a home office, and are renting out the third bedroom.

The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Canning Town Station, making it super convenient for commuting – just two stops from Canary Wharf 🚊. There are also supermarkets, gyms and all the essentials right on your doorstep.

Double room – £1,400 per month

* Bills included, subject to fair use

There are two bathrooms in the apartment. Gary and I have our own en-suite, so the main bathroom (separate to the room) is essentially your own bathroom day-to-day. You’ll be the only person regularly using it, the only time this would be shared is if (very occasionally) guests are over and they may use it too.

🧾 RENT & BILLS

£1,400 per month – bills included.

Bills are subject to fair use, with a £400/month total household allowance. If the household bills exceed £400 due to unusually high usage, the amount over would be split equally between the three of us.

This has never happened previously, so it’s simply there as a safeguard 😊

👩‍💻 ABOUT US

We’re friendly, easy-going professionals who enjoy having a peaceful and comfortable home. I work in tech and Gary works in digital marketing. We work from home, and Gary spends around half of his time working in Latvia, so he travels quite a lot.

We enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, catching up with friends and are often out at the gym in the evenings. 💪

This is our home, but we’d love to find someone who feels comfortable and at home here too. We’re looking for someone clean, considerate and respectful who will treat the apartment like their own home - after all it’s our home as much as it is yours! 😊

* It’s a sublet so no agency fees!
