We’re looking for a tidy and reliable young professional to rent a large double room in our modern new-build flat. You’ll be living with a young professional couple in a friendly, cozy home. We’re social and easy-going, but also value our own space and a calm home environment.

Rent and Bills:

• Rent: £1,300 per month
• Deposit: £1,300
• All bills included (council tax, electricity, heating, water and high-speed WiFi)

Move-in / Move-out Dates:

• Move-in: 1 Dec 2026
• Maximum stay: Until Mid July 2027

The Room:

The room is spacious, bright and fully furnished with large double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and under-desk storage. It is also equipped with underfloor heating with individual controls. The room is ideal for hybrid working. You will share the main bathroom with one other flatmate.

Your Flatmates:

We’re a young professional couple and live in the flat. We’re friendly and social and enjoy chatting or spending time together occasionally, but we’re also respectful of each other’s space and routines. We keep the flat clean and expect the same from anyone we live with.
