We’re renting a spacious, bright double room in our friendly and sociable home in Canning Town — only a 5-minute walk to the station (Jubilee Line & DLR, super quick into central London).

📍 Location perks:
Everything is genuinely on your doorstep — high street with cafés, restaurants, Co-op and a 24-hour shop just around the corner. Opposite the station you’ll find Lidl, Superdrug and several gyms.

👥 The household:
You’ll be living with 3 friendly housemates (aged 28–45) working in hospitality. The vibe is warm, social and easygoing — we enjoy the occasional kitchen chat or shared dinner but respect personal space. One room is occupied by a couple.

🚫 Not a party house.

💷 Rent: single person £850/month (excluding bills)
Couples: £ 1050/ month (excluding bills)
Bills split equally — currently 4 people, will be split between 6.

📅 Open to short- or long-term stays.
One month’s notice required when moving out.
